Default RSX oxygen sensor

The RSX features an Air:Fuel sensor in lieu of a Primary O2 sensor. I have heard multiple people claim the RSX-S runs a wideband O2, yet both the air:fuel sensor, and secondary O2 sensor both run a 4 wire configuration, and operate between 0V and 1V. That is not a wideband sensor.
Does the RSX feature closed loop with real time wideband adjustability, and if it does - how does it work?

PS I am looking for a replacement for: 36531-P07-003

The RSX may not be a TRUE wideband sensor, but it reads accurately in the range of 11.48 -32.71, which is pretty wideband to me. A true wideband needs to go in the 10.0 range...i tink.
