Weapon R throttle rotor
Check this out. I have an DC2 LS and I got a weapon R throttle rotor. I was very skepticle about this part. My big worry was throttle getting stuck wide open. But I do have to say that it was worth the five minutes it took to put on, and it wasn't too expensive. (Apparently, Weapon R is coming up in the world.) It greatly increases the firmness of the throttle pedal. (That part I liked.) And obviously the cable is tighter so the throttle is a little more open than what it was at stock. So it does somewhat increase throttle response eventhough I have the stock LS throttle body and stock injectors. If someone is looking for a simple mod that will definately increase feel, then this is a cool little piece to get. I put it on the same level as a short shifter. There are big debates about whether or not the short shifter helps, but the increase in feeling is great for sure. Just like the throttle rotor.
I know that this sounds like a marketing ploy, but I was unsure as well and I tried it and I'm loving it.
P.S. It's not just for ricers, either

First off, you don't have a DC2 if your car is an LS.
Second, that thing is a waste of cash, unless you put it on strictly for the feel of a stiffer gas pedal... My friend got one for free so I put it on my car (2 years ago) and tried it out... wow, took that crap off after going around the block once... Do not like the feeling at all.

WR was once popular, but nowadays is classified in the same category as ractive and APC...
