Default Crx lateral force specs? braking specs? JDM and US anyone?

Well im really into the handling buisness with vehicles and i know the wheel base length is 90.6 and the width is 57.10 in front and 57.30 in the rear. But im wondering what the lateral force is on these little cars. My guess maybe since the year being so old .82G's? the mini is .87 but has newer technology that makes it better. Anyone know? i want to get my lateral force up in mid .95 or possibly 1.0....

Car & Driver recorded 0.79G on a 300ft skidpad in their CRX Si review back in 1988. That was bone stock, with whatever crappy all-season tires came on it.

A set of R-compound tires would bring that number up significantly. Unless you're in a street-tire class, in which case you can't do that . . .

I don't really see a purpose in increasing lateral force just to increase lateral force. What do you do with the car?

Well i just want to make it a nice street/ road car. Its not really a daily driver but i dont want it all a track car and strip it out you know? I like my interior and im taking my B16 out and dropping my Gsr in there so im gonna be running around low 13's when im done with that. Thats perfect 1/4 i just love to have handling. Theres thunderhill, laguna seca, infinion all over here to road course at and id like to have better handling...

almost any Ef honda with sticky tires, and a decent suspension, will be around 1.0g. Mine has pulled that with azenis according to a G-tech.

Lateral grip doesnt tell the whole story.

Get a reliable car (replace all the busted ****) some good tires, brake pads and shocks and just go drive
