Default knocking sounds w/ Sportlines

I posted this earlier today, but in the wrong section. Im posting it here in hope that more EP3'ers will see since that's the car I have. I intalled my eibach sportlines and spc camber the other day and now I have a problem with a knocking sound coming from the rear. it happens when there are dips or small bumps in the road. I tested it out by jumping in the trunk and noticed it only makes the sound when the springs come back up. Any thing I should look for to fix?..

I'm not too sure about the rear, but when I installed Tein Basic coilover I had spring popping noise from the front of the car. Turns out, I had to remove a plastic ring from the OEM shock and put it with the Teins. Might want to check that out.

Also the springs might not be properly postitioned in the strut. This occured after I installed sportlines on my friends talon. Take them off and try to fit them better.

this is called indexing...aligning the springs uniformly in their seats.

i gey a knocking on hard left turns, but i know it is the stock exhaust bumping the chasis.
