Default Full Skunk2 Coil-overs

Im lookin into buyin a suspension setup but i wanna get the best bang for my buck obviously, and i got the setup narrowed down to 2 choices, Full Skunk2 coil overs (not the sleeves) and the KYB agx's with a neuspeed or H&R spring.
And yes i have reasearched, there is little to no information on the Skunk2 coil overs, they aren't even on thier site, so im asking u guys

PS these are goin on my 2000 Civic EX and i realize there is a suspension forum and stuff but not too many people go in there to help, only to ask questions, lol

The full skunk2 coilovers are coming in the mail for me soon. I will have them installed by next week. We'll see how they handle and ride

nothing, people usually pair them with shitty shocks, and then think that the skunk2 coilovers are **** cuz the ride is so shitty. But in reality the skunk2's are decent with some nice shocks, koni yellows at the very least

but in this case he is wondering about the FULL COILOVERS, they seem pretty good to me, but kinda sucks that you have to use the stock pillowball mounts.

The only full coilovers I'd go with are GC. If you can't pony up for the GC / Koni setup, I'd go with KYB and either H&R or Eibach springs.

Because the H&R and Eibach are great springs and you get adjustability with the KYBs. GC's are the only coilover I'd buy.

They're a quality piece, and if you're going to spend the money, save a little more to get the best. They also use Eibach springs that you can change for different rates; with the skunks, if you want to upgrade, you have to buy something else.

well to be honest im getting a good deal from the shop bro bro used to work, im getting them at cost...cant beat it, and they dont carry GC. soooo im getting eithier of these 2 cuz thats wat i can get a good deal on. besides im not going to the track everyday or anything so a full coilover is plenty and im not gonna be upgrading anytime soon, if ever.

Give an update after you install them... how much did they run you for? are you keeping the stock pillow ball mount or what?

Non-dampening adjustable. But for the price, it is a great set-up

I can't say the price but PM RobearRacing. They will be glad to tell you.

I'll be using my stock pillow mounts. We'll see how the handle. I am expecting a better overall ride than my current setup. Which are skunk2 sleeve coilovers & tokico shocks.

Koni yellows are probably the best OTS shock absorbers you can buy for our cars. Definitely not shocks that should be described as "at the very least." Besides, if they are really the "very least" you can use with those coilovers, you're all screwed.
