accord harness in an ek

hey i have a 96 obd2a ek and am swapping an obd2 b16, but i need a harness, will a harness from a obd2a 5 speed vtec accord or prelude work

I doubt it, given the different connector locations but you can if your willing to hack it up and just use it as a wire buss.
