Default Suspension inquiry

Hey guys, my mechanic told me that i needed to change my lower control arm cause of worn out bushings. Now i know that attached to the arm there are 2 bushings. Question is, do i have to change the whole arm to change the 2 bushings, or should i just do the bushings? I know you can get the arm with the bushings from Honda in a set, but im wondering if i could get them separate...

So A) change the whole arm
B) change just the 2 bushings

Just take into account the time and labor.

Thanks fellas!

well youll pay about 75 for the arm and could install it yourself, you could buy the bushings for 25 or so and pay him to press them in and out which should be less than an hour work, or what I recommend is buying a hydraulic press off harbor freeight for 70 bucks, youll own it for the rest of you life and later on if you decide to put a poly master set on youll have the tools and wont have to pay anyone for the pressing. If you do a search you can also find a DIY for bushings but take some time.
