what is "rear suspension"? do you mean rear springs? rear shocks? both shocks and springs? or something else?
if just springs and shocks, you can put them there... but why put old components in a newer car?

90-97 rear suspension is nearly identical if not exact, it will fit (depending on what you're trying to add on). I am not 100% sure about the front.

To the best of my knowledge it will fit but that is something that should really be researched a bit more before you assume that it will work. Try looking at http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and see if the part numbers for the two different years match up.
