Default Does the 2000 civic front bumper come with pre-drilled holes for the license plate?
I called the dealership and the guy didn't seem sure. I'm buying a new bumper and was wondering if anybody knew for sure.

yes I am 100% sure two of friends have oo si civics and they both have predrilled holes.
