quite simply, will this work for an SH? (seems like a good deal)

there's been a ton of arguing about this, and after 2 hours of reading, i'm more confused than when i started....some say as long as you replace springs and shocks at same time, it's ok....others say that base shocks will never work on an SH....i need actual experience from SH owners
