Default Converting 1993 Eg4 D15b2 to D15Z6, How easy and is it worth it?

Hi all. I'm new to this Honda scene as I am posting for a mate who hasn't got net access. He has spotted a D15z6 on Ebay for £100 (Not sure on $) with 70,000 miles on it. He was wondering if it was worth it and what was involved in the swap. Is it a straight swap or will looms have to be changed?
He also currently has a lightened bottom pulley, water pump pully and power steering pulley, will these be interchangeable along with his exhaust?
Finally, what sort of performance figures should he be looking at with this engine?
Many thanks all in advance.
Ben.

well all d series parts are interchangable. and do you mean a d16z6? if so he will have to wire in vtec. Just do a search, there is ton of info on this.

This is the ebay address:

Will it be difficult to wire in the VTEC or can we just swap the engine and ecu or will it need the new loom as well?

Perfect. So from what I have read, all the d15 series engines use the same mounts so the engine will be a straight swap?
What sort of performance figures is he likely to get after the conversion?

yep, it's pretty straight forward and everything should bolt right over. only thing you'll have to do is wire up VTEC which is two wires like mentioned before.
