I paid like $80 for all the aluminized steel piping and about $300 in labor.

I probably paid a little over $100 for t-bolt clamps and silicone couplers, plus stainless steel is more expensive than aluminized steel, so you're price isn't too bad.

$160 for 3" aluminum bends from KTeller. And some free time welding them up.

thats a lot of money, but its reasonable
$80 for mild steel, lets just double for stainless - $160
$6/2.5" coupler X 6 = $36
$4/ clamp X 12 = $48
Thats $250 in parts for the IC piping
+$300 for labor = $550
+250 for a good 3" dp, we're at $800
+ $80 left over for the cutout

Kteller has some expensive prices compared to others I've seen. Only thing I would get from him is mild steel 45 and 90 degree bends and the B series head flange. Anything else, cheaper stuff can be found else where.

I got my piping from phil at spoolinperformance.com and it was perfect. It was custom tig welded and I paid 265 for it to my door. It fit like it was made for my turbo setup too! LOVE IT!

I paid ~$100 for jc whitney alum-steel piping for my dp and ic piping.
~$25 for the turbo exhaust flange
I cut and welded everything myself
Im not sure about the couplers and t-bolt clamps probably under $100 for all of them

I did all my piping and downpipe for less than $150... I cut everything myself and had an exhaust shop weld it up for me...

I have mild steel though... not ss...

is there an advantage between running aluminized steel, mild steel or ss steel piping? I was gonna grab like 5 U 2.5" mild steel u-bends from k-teller for my IC piping.

I never painted mine and the only part that rusted were the welds. I believe u could use ss wire to weld it so that it wouldn't rust or u could just paint everything.
