Will a 88 crx steering rack fit on a 90 civic hatchback?

well, i dont know if its a plug and play deal, i have had problems swasping stuff with the 88-89's to the 90-91's

i KNOW for a fact that a 90 CRX rack will work on a 91 hatch (done it before), as for the 88 CRX, i dont know because of the differences the 88-89's have...

 

yes, it is the same rack from 88-91..

 

And there is a common misconception that the HF rack is quicker than the DX and Si racks. This is true, but ONLY for the '84-'87 CRXs...

'88-'91 CRXs all had the exact same ratio on the steering racks, according to my Factory Service Manuals.
