Hey, I'm considering buying a 91 CRX that is auto without a sunroof. I would like a sunroof, and plan on dropping in a B16 with manual tranny. Would the swap be more difficult since the car is an auto, or would it not even make a difference? How hard is it to put in a sunroof?

How much are you paying. I would say no because that is alot of meaningless work when you can find a SI for like 1500-1800 in 5 speed already. Unless it is a HF and ur getting it for like 300-500...

 

Your best choice is actually an aftermarket sunroof for a car this old. Those of us that road race our CRX's are required to close the hole. As to a swap, there are a number of ways to do it. All things considered-look at your budget before making a move. The DX is not an Si or an HF (HF=lighter weight mainly in early years).
