Default D16Y7, VTEC head swap car won't start now. Please help!!!

I did a swap in my 98 civic.
It had D16Y7, I have put a VTEC head on it from 95 civc EX, intake manifold didn’t fit because some of the wire and sensors are not the same so I re-used the same intake manifold that was on D16Y7, it bolted up perfect to the 95 EX head, and all the wires hooked up fine. The only problem that I’m having is with distributor, 98 civic distributor won’t bolt up to the head so I used 95 civic EX distributor but wires are OBD1, and on the car are OBD2, and I tired to convert the wires but still it’s not throwing any sparks. (I’m still running her stock computer Non VTEC one, I have the other one (P2P) but I didn’t want to put it in until I get the car started should I put it in?)
Did anyone have a same problem or do you guys have any suggestion?

Thanks

ya i did that once you have to de pin 95 z6 dizzy obd1 and re pin to obd2 plugs. sec. the IM swap is easy since the iacv is different all you have to do is use the trottle body off your y7 IM cause the iacv is connected to the y7 tb put it on your z6 IM boom your done
