DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE 91 CRX UK GAUGE CLUSTER IS A PLUG IN PLAY INTO A 91 CRX?

no need to yell

yes all of the UK gauge clusters including the 1.6i-VT (UK SiR) will be bolt into USDM cars. The European models didn't have the electric VSS like the JDM ones did. That was the difference if you buy a JDM 90-91 SiR cluster, you need to wire for electric VSS from the tranny.

Otherwise just make sure the years match. An 88 1.6i-16 cluster from europe will not bolt into a 91 because of the shape and wiring differences. Make sure the cluster you are getting is for the rounded pod and for a 90-91.

**Note** 88-91 (all years) of the 1.6i-16 in the UK were square pod for some reason. Be aware of that if you're going to buy a "ZC" 1.6i-16 cluster. If you're just looking at the (much cooler) 1.6i-VT "euro SiR" cluster then you'll be fine 100%.
