5th Gen Stock Ride Height
I have GC Coil Overs and Tokico's on my 5th Gen. It is lowered about 1.5 inches all around. Due to winter and snow I was thinking of putting it back to about stock height. Could someone who isnt lowered take a look at the fender gap on their car? I know the ground clerance is about 5 inches, but thats pretty hard to measure.
Could someone with a stock 5th Gen measure the ground clearance by the front and rear wheel, perhaps at the jack points?

I have snow tires on right now and the gap is a bit smaller, but I have a pic with summer tires and same as stock wheel/tire diameter...hope this helps.
To remove the confusion - the stock ride heights are 25.5" F and 26.5" R. Do the measurement from the ground vertically thru the centerline of the wheel to the lip. You will do just fine measuring at the jacking points in the future. Keep the car above 5.5" all around and it will be fine generally. It really depends on where you are and what the roads are treated with.
Our Prelude has never seen winter road salt, cinders etc. (FOR SALE btw). You will find that certain tires can have clearance issues so do be careful about that and keep the rims clean.
