Default Changing broken rear Lug bolt on Drum brakes 94 Accord

My rear lug bolt broke off the other day when I was changing my wheels. I have Drum brakes on the rear of my 94 Accord. How do I go about changing this? is it difficult? what should I look out for? Is there any special tools that I need?
