What kind of rods can I use with ITR pistons?

I want to know what kind of rods can i use with some ITR pistons. I have a GS-R and planned on just using the GSR rods with the pistons, but someone told me that it wouldnt work.

I know a guy that's using CTR pistons in his GSR with stock rods, so I don't see why it wouldn't work.

i have stock gsr's with p73 usdm pistons

I also have P73 Usdm type R pistons on my stock GSR rods. They work just fine.

using gsr P72 pistons with JDM itr pistons P73 is a good set up but high compression...my motor used to ping on 93 octain with that set up but pulled good for bottom end

Im using GSR rods with pr3 pistons for my ls/v.............works great by the way
