I also want to know whats that thing in the center console because previous owner stuck a whole buncha stuff on and I never tried to pry that thing off, what is it? also whats that black long plastic peice in the second set of pictures?

2 is the wiring/clips that go to your tank pump and volume sender

3 is the fill up tubes going from inside the cabin to the tank below

4 is the fuel return/vent lines going from inside the cabin to the tank

The gas tank is DIRECTLY underneath there, so be careful when drilling/mounting.

all that's in #2 is the float switch that sends the signal to your fuel level gauge on your dash, you have to drop the fuel tank from under the car to access the fuel pump! This is the one thing that i absolutly hate about ef's and envy about later civics

2. is fuel level for fuel gauge.
3. is filler neck for gas tank
4. is fuel line, return line, idk what the 3rd line is for. there are 3 lines there coming from the tank. and trust me, it is a bitch and a half to change a fuel line is you rip it so be very careful
