Default projectorHID projector in OEM CRX headlamps? Audi/BMW retro fit?

I have a friend who just installed some audi HID projectors in his camry and he had to retrofit them, the light output is pretty good i think he has the 5300K anyways I was thinking about putting a similar setup in the CRX but I don't like the "look" of the projectors so the stock headlamp will kind of hide the projector from the outside.

my question is how will the marks on the headlight effect the beam pattern from a projector?

or am I going about this all wrong and should just install 9006 HID kit w/o the projector.

I just want good light visability I don't really want blue/purple or anything showy like that.

Thanks for any help..

oh and I search but only found 1 that didn't answer my q's..

do the projectors. it will make for less problems later on. (i.e. cops + pissed off drivers)

here is a shot of 1 bi-xenon projector in my bike. it seems dim because there are some big *** sodium lights above me but is really super bright and does more than my halogen lo + hi's ever did. the fluted lens on your stock headlights will maybe make your cutoff line a tad fuzzy at worst; nothing serious at all. light output will still be awsome.

The glare really isn't that bad at all for being in the stock halogen housing.
It's way worst on an integra.

You can see a little bit of glare in the pic. But the visibility is 10 times better than the halogen bulbs before.
I havn't had anyone high beam me yet and i do lots of morning and night driving. I've had it for about 2 months now. I won't be going back to halogen bulbs anytime soon.

any problems with moisture building up in the lamp? you are using the 9006 kit correct?

My housing was leaking to start out with. Not much worst after install. It's actually clearer cause of how hot the hid gets. LOL

I need to take off the housing and silicone the edges. That should solve that problem.
