A DX to Si swap is a DPFI to MPFI swap. a "DX to OBD1 swap" is still pretty much the same thing, you're just now adding an extra step. You're doing a DPFI swap then doing an OBD 0 to OBD 1 conversion. I'll let somebody else give you the specifics on exactly what parts you'de have to swap out.
But ask yourself this:
#1 what will be gained by doing a DPFI to MPFI swap?
then ask yourself this:
#2 once I am MPFI what will be gained by going with OBD 1?

If that's the case, then I say go for it. If you swapping in a B16 with OBD 1 stuff, the swap is a lot easier (IMO). IIRC, with a DX to B16 OBD swap you have to wire in resistors for your injectors but other then that I dot know what else.
With an OBD 1 B16a, as long as you get a custom engine harness, and a OBD 0 to OBD 1 ECU conversion harness, the install will be a snap. Nikitad made me an engine harness and OBD conversion harness that I just had to plug it in. The same thing can be done on your setup. As long as the correct wiring changes are made it will be easy, and you can concentrate on other parts of the swap.
