if you already have an ls you should just turbo that. the ls is also a very nice platform to start on. read up in the forced induction section and do some searchign and you will find out dozens of people are hitting 300 whp even with stock block. save y9our money from not buying the b18c1, spend it on a nice turbo setup.

now that i cought my breath after reading that long sentance. i would just boost the LS, but the money you would have spent on the GSR into the motor of your LS. with a built ls 300 whp is cake.

Wouldn't the GSR put out some good power with a GReddy turbo kit around 5-7 psi and still be reliable? He says his car is daily driver so i thought 300hp wouldnt make for a nice daily driver?
I just got my GSR and i love it but i have been on this site ever since looking at the pros and cons of Turbo/Super/NA. I want a quick/reliable daily driver for 5k. GReddy Turbo kit (5-7psi ) or SK2 1 cam/IM/valvetrain is what i thought of for my goals?
Any suggestions?
