Default b16a swap in 91 crx (help)

I put a b16a in a 91 crx, Every thing is good but the check engine light is on and it has a code 21 and when you are going down the road the check engine light goes off and comes right back on.

Take a volt meter and make sure ther is no cut in the wire. Then verify proper ecu location. Next verify ecu works. Last check the manual for the vtec troubleshooting procedure.

I am having problems like that except I am having it with a code 4. What I did was I changed the wires and resoldered new connectors into the ECU. No more code 4. Its not normal for a code to just disappear. If it goes off, it goes off for a reason. It obviously can work, its either the wires or the connectors, if not, I'm not sure.
