Default im leaving the prelude and getting a new car

well ive been thinkin and my prleude isnt as fast as i want it to be it seems like you have to dump alot of cash into these cars to get them goin i have in my lude full apexi exhaust AEM intake full MSD and FULL aem fuel system and it seems like its faster but not alot and im runnin out of mods here i dunno what the next step is or where to go seems like pistons and sleeves but sleeves alone are 5 grand !!! wtf way more than i wanna go and i dont wanna put those type-s pistons in because those walls make me alittle weary{btw i own a 2000 crystal metalic blue type sh lude} so i've decided to get a honda s2000 maby thats a nice base car to start with i heard to engines in those cars are alot stronger im not sure if their still floating walls or not ill find out, im sorry im leaving the prelude community but, you know it seems like the lude is goin no were. thx to everyone for helpin me.

Just a quick question, 5 grand on sleeves(if even that) for the prelude...is expensive, but the money spent on a Honda S2000 isn't...???

hmm, couple of weird things: sleeves don't cost 5 grand...they cost a grand and change to have em done right. also, the F20C doesn't have alot of potential beyond the factory since they're already pretty much maxed out. Maybe internal work or headwork or a turbo will push it over the top, but there isn't alot of aftermarket support for the f20C (because there isn't alot of potential).

the s2000 is an awesome car, but it's no dragster. and it'd be a shame to make it into one. If you want fast, and insist on a honda, i'd say a k20 swap into a civic hatch is in your future. otherwise, look for something with factory boost, like a WRX.
