i took my girlfriends car through the new car wash that just opened down the street, when i got back to her house this is what i found.



the car was just painted less than a year ago, so i went back to file a complaint and they had a sign out front saying that the car wash isnt responsible for any damage done to the car. now i have to get her car repainted **** the car wash

 

if its a drive-threw one... you had it coming

 

yea it was it was a BRAND new car wash

no chips anywhere on the door, it was new paint. those are water spots, the car is still wet

 

. thats a shitty deal...i always wash my car myself because......well my car is too low for the carwash anyways...but that really sucks

 

sue those cheap *** washer ....If other cars have same problem..is it just bad luck to u..

its been though other automatic carwashes before and never had this problem, ever. it was the place, not the car.

 

Was it a touchless? I used to go thru them but never can do as good of a job as getting out and doing it yourself.

i usually hand wash the cars too, but not when its 28 degrees out.

That sux. Could you get away with just painting the door or has it scratched the rest of the car?

 

yea i went before i came beack to school and the car wash knocked out two of my tail lights on my IS. very annoying

Damn too bad, hopefully you'll get something if not at least you'll only have to repaint the door.

 

That's typical of a pressure washer. There was probably a small paint chip in that spot before, and the pressure washer just made it a lot worse.
