EF Si Resistor box And B16A resistor Box - Are they the same???

I have recently swaped a b16a into my 91 hatch and was wondering if the resistor box that was stock is the same as the one i have from the motor swap. It is not running as fast as i would like and cant figure out why. I am just curious if this could be a problem. It came to mind when i saw one for sale on ebay that it could be a problem. Thanks for your help.

You are referring to the Injector Resistor box right? If so they are they same
