best place to buy west wing lip kit, springs, and struts?
http://www.wingswest.com/find.asp
dealer search for wings west in your area.
your not really gonna save much if any if u buy the lip kit from an online retailer after u pay shipping, so u might as well just buy it from a reputable place local to you that can actually give u customer support if there is an issue. occasionally when we order WW stuff at my work it is damaged in shipping, and if u do have an issue u dont have to worry about paying money to ship it back to the online retailer u buy it from.
In this case I think it would be wise to just buy it from ur local tuner shop.

Like mentioned before, it's better to buy from a local source to get customer support. But for the lip kit, I don't think you have to worry about the kit cracking or bending during shipment because it's polyurethane. Thus, if you find a better deal online, go for it.
To give you the price range, I got my ww rs kit new for $435 from a local source.
