I just bought a crank from a friend and i was wondering how to tell if the crank is warped? he had the crank standing up in his garage. i was wondering if there a way to know before installing it back into my engine(b18c1).

 

take it to a machine shop and have them look at it

 

the main journals will have to be machined and you will need new undersized bearings to fit the crank or it won`t last
