Default quick turbo question

i have an h22a1. with 119,000 miles on it. the question is . is it worth putting a turbo in it?

and, is it better to put a turbo in a newer car or one that has more mileage and broken in?

Regardless with the H22A its recommended that you build your bottom end anyways, so mileage would not be too much of a concern.

A little research would tell you this, but if you run a compression and leak down test, you'll know how healthy the engine is. If it's healthy, you could get away with 6 or so psi before you have to beef up the bottom end: specifically the pistons because H series have weak ringlands and have to be sleeved to run forged pistons.
