Default battery issues

ok fowks eairler day rushing i accidently plugged my postive cord onto the negative terminal of teh battery and teh negative cord on teh positive i kno its screwed now because the hazards work and nothing else wat should I do is it a fuse thing or alternator HELP ME PLEASE

Definitely check all your fuses, you will have several ones that are blown.
