What is the weight difference between that motor and the f22..... to me it seems like you free up so much room when you remove the stock engine..... and space=weight loss usually?

Yeah, the f22b1. I really doubt its much heavier than its non-vtec counterpart (a vtec solenoid and extra cam lobes can't weigh too much, now can they?). The F22A are almost identical to the F22B's. Unless you're talking about the JDM DOHC F22B, which would most likely weigh a little more than a F22Bx but less than an H22.
But who cares about weight anyways? Whats another 20 pounds?

Well, people rip out seats, trim, and other interior parts to lose just a copule pounds, so to some people, 20lbs matters...
