tool for racing hart rims ? ? ?

does anyone know where i cant get a tool to tighten up the center cap without damaging it?

just put on some later examination gloves and tighten them by hand...I did that for years and never lost a cap...The threads on a racing hart cap (well at least my type c's) are plastic.
