and the 18 inch is 9.5 wide, is that too big to fit on a 4th gen w/o fender flares?

to the mods-
if you think that this belongs in the wheel section, just say so, I figured there would be more people here that would know about the 4th gen than the weels and tires section

 

nope, way too wide. 8" is the most anyone should try.

 

not to be an *** or anything, but why do you need 9.5 in. wide wheels?? seems a little excessive

 

because preludes are drift cars..

nope, won't fit. no one's gone past 8" wide yet, so far as i know.
