Default OBX Cam

I was looking into the OBX SOHC cam for my Y8. I have heard they are skunk2 copies. I know some OBX stuff sucks, but does anyone have this cam? How is it holding up?

Do a search. I recently found a topic of a broken cam gear, thus ******* up the motor, as well as a topic on a busted OBX cam.

And judging from the OBX crap I have myself, I would not, EVER trust a brand like OBX with vital components of my expensive engine.

How mcu did the Delta cam run you? Also how do you order from them there is no product list. One other thing do they make them or are they regrinds?

Edit: I ran my 5 post limit out for the day so I will do this. How much power does the delta cam add and what is it's powerband?

Posted by 5gencivic: after my experience with the 272 i would suggest getting the 260 degree if you want to drive it on the streets and still want good gains. if you're going to drag it or drive on a track... go for the gusto and just get the 272.

whats wrong with the 272? Oh forgot to add the 272 is available for the Y8 right?

Its a regrind. Its 130$ shipped both ways. And they do some real good work Oh yeah you gotta call em up and ask em about there honda line. I fully vouch for them and they will be MY cam of choice for a possible 375whp sohc.

I have a set of those going into my B18... they look good so far, and I have heard nothing but good things about tham, and seen impressive dyno results.
