Default NEED help removing Sun Roof visor any ideas

I need help removing the visor it was put on by the previous owner. so no telling how long its been there. Im scared when i remove it the adhesive will stick to the paint and mess it all up. So any ideas on removing without leaving damage to the paint heres a photo of this visor.

I don't think there is anyway not to pull paint. When I took of the wing that was put on by previous owner the 3m tape pulled up alittle paint. Not a alot though. Maybe try soaking it with some goo-gone or something like that.

use dental floss to "cut" the visor off (wont damage the paint) and then get down with the goo gone

If that thing has been on your car for a long time, there will probably be faded paint there. Thats how mine is on my 5th Gen.
