Uhm, no. My girlfriend's 1997 Honda Accord has it, stock.

You really need to stop being amazed and entertained by such small things. Really...

^^^yep, I keep one of those in my cars at all time. I have a bunch of them, the ones that don't die when I hit them in the road, I just keep as my theft deterrent

no seriously, i was thinking of moving my ke ignition like under my seat or something, then repalcing the hole in the steering column with a fake ignition. lol!

then putting an all metal key in the fake ignition as if i had accidently left it there. then hooking the whole assembly straight to the battery

imagine coming outside in the mourning to go to work and just seeing some stunna smoked in the drver's seat, would make my day

Good idea but 12 volts isnt enough you wont even feel it what so ever.

Plus he'd get taken in for manslaughter. That's why you're not allowed to have the flamethrower under the car.

ive seen those rings around the ignition. i work for acura and those things are called readers. they read the chip in the key allowing you to start the car. if that doesnt work your not starting the car. its part of the imobilizer (anti theft system)
most of the acuras have them and some honda have them

No......its definitely just a light bulb. It comes on when you open the door so you can find the ignition in the dark.
