last night a friend told me i can get an F22 crank and put it in my H23, new pistons and rods, a vtec head and i will be running almost 300 horses. is that true? does anyone know about putting an F22 crank in an H23? what will i need and what can i do? what expenses am i looking at?

 

Not to be a dick.....but take the f22, h23, add their estimated wheel Hp together, and you will be "running almost 300 horses."

Your friend is a moron; but yes, an H23 VTEC can be built somewhat how your friend described it.

just so you know the f22 and the h23 have the exact same rods and crank.

if you put an h22 head on you might make a slight bit more trq and hp than the h22
