Default ecu not getting power, d16a1 swap in 85 crxSI

Okay it seems the car has a mind of its own, it works when it wants to. Most days its fine but i drove it home last night and now its dead, car turns over but there is no power to the ecu. I know this because none of the dash lights come on when the key is in the on position. It has done this once before and i jiggled some wires or something and it worked again now its not working. I bought the car with the swap so i dont know much about what went into the swap. If you can help let me know.

what wires did you 'jiggle'

I would check the main relay first
