a friend of mine just called and says that his boss has a brand new set of matrix 2" lowering springs for sale. he has had them for a while and basically just wants to get rid of them. ive never heard of them and dont know the quality. but i can get them for next to nothing. should i do it?

 

if all your looking for is for your car to be low for the time being then, ya

if you want a smooth ride then, no

 

if it cost next to nothing, get'em. If for some reason you dont like them, you could always take them out and sell them. IMO get them.

 

i looked into them a little. i found a few webpages that sell them. they suck ***. the dude wants $100. (after saying it would be cheaper). so i think ill just save my loot and get an ITR rear sway bar or something with that $100 i saved on shitty springs. thanks though

 

remember you get what you pay for. i'd say save a little and get some better springs.
