I take it this question is for a 99-00 Si, correct? Well, personally I would go witha Hondata unit and an OBD-2 -> OBD-1 conversion harness and call it a day. Especially with boost. If you are more of a DIYer then you can also always buy a P28 (or other OBD-1 VTEC ECU) and chip it yourself and then use something like Crome or uberdata. More info here:

I hear good things about KENJI on this forum. I wouldn't suggest it on an N/A car, it kills your gas mileage for a minor gain in performance. Unless of course you have cams or ITB's or something. But hondata is what you want if you serious about getting it tuned.
thanks for the feedback. keep them coming. for now, i think imma go hondata.
do i have to change obd2 to obd1 to use hondata? and if you do, exactly how do you do that?
if i do get hondata, its gonna come in handy when i get my JRSC =D

yes, you'll need a ecu jumper harness as well as an obd1 ecu. overall, a good tuner is what will make or break your setup.
