look out for this
I always read about people saying the ground control sleves, hell any sleves, are great. I have seen on three separate times that when the suspension is completly unsprung, going over a hill rediculously fast for instance, the sleve will become slightly miscentered and break the strut when the weight of the car comes crashing down on it. You dont need to listen to me, just the experiences i've seen with it.

just make sure you have spring preload at full droop and you can avoid this. if you think can't have preload cuz you want that cRaZY slAMmEd rIDe y0!, stop jumping your car.
