Default camber fix

i have a 89 crx and 89 civic hatch. the crx has adj. coil overs and is so low the camber is rediculous. i bought some camber kits (front and rear). but on the front the upper a arms hit the inner fender wells. so i raised it up as far as the sleeves would go and now theres only like a half in to travel before it hits again. the car doesnt even look that low anymore. is there any other fixes for chamber. i had a shop tell me they bend the arms or something. ive seen adj a arms or a arms with adj ball joint mounts will these still hit?

i want to maybe lower my civic a lil bit ( pretty low with the body kit) but seeing how messed up my crx is i dont know what would be best. i was thinking i need new shocks and struts, i was goin to get some tokicos and maybe a set of springs. how low can i take it before camber is more than -1 degrees?
