Engine Management System decision?
Well i need to know, for the sake of my motor, what is the best and cheapest, and most accurate way to go about tuning my car. My thoughts are either a chipped p28, or a vafc? Well here's my setup, tell me what you think:

Blox intake manifold
Omni Power dual valve springs
Omni Power Titanium Retainers
Skunk2 Stage 2 Cams
Block:
Itr pistons and rings
Mated to the block is a jdm 4.4 ITR Tranny
