Just wondering on of my friends is Heavt and whats to get a type R, i told his fat *** he should get something better suited for himself, i told him his 48 inch waist would look great in a Camaro, what does everyone else think about fat people in type R's, lol

Funny but you can get flamed for this, remember 1 out of 3 adult Americans is overweight.

Hmmm... now you've got me wondering what size other ITR owners are.

I'm 5'10", 142 lbs, 28" waist. I fit into the Sparco Rev in my Civic nicely.

I hear bolt-ons combat additional weight well.

Nearly the same here as Darth.

5' 10 1/2" 220 lbs with a 36-38" waist (depending on the pants/jeans).

I am going to the gym daily though now and *trying* to eat better. Need to lose some weight to catch up to White Dragon.

Vegeta doesn't have to worry about getting flamed.
He's like a shorter, funnier version of Bakala from the Sopranos.

Ok, he's "big boned".. HAHA

Don't worry, Mike. I am too. (6'1", 230)

No its not over weight, but with my frame i could afford to lose some weight and start going to the gym.... damn sitting down for 14 hrs at a time at work is not too good for me.

5'10" and 200 lbs would NOT be overweight for me. I've been there before and we're talking maybe 7-9% body fat which is normal if you ask me.

Remember people...muscle weighs more than fat.

you must be one built focker to be 5'10" and weigh 200lbs while only having around 10% body fat...

Is there a way for me to accurately measure body fat % at home? I have this scale with electrode plates for your feet and it gives a body fat % but it says if you exercise or work out it won't be accurate (I assume because muscle weighs more than fat). Right now it's giving me a readout of 10% but I'd like a more accurate #.

To keep this on topic,
It seems that a lot of us are removing weight in our cars just to counteract our own added heft.

I'm 5-10 230lbs. Why do you think I got some Spec B... It's easier to install them then to lose some weight I need a thinny layer of fat to survive those Canadian winter, the rest is muscle
