how does the type one compare to the jdm itr header?
i have 11 to 1 cr,jdm 4-1,test pipe and k and n drop in on a b16 a2

do you think i would notice any gains?

try and search for the "Great Header Test" in the ITR forum...there is tonz of info on how the TypeOne header stacked up..trust me, for the price, it performed quite solidly.

 

The Header test will show you a bit, But with the Type one on a Tuned and Modded engine it will outperform the JDM 4-1 It has the high quality of the Spoon and Mugen headers and performs just as well.

 

I Got a few Im's just to clear it up this is the new Spoon Header the one piece 4-2-1 With long primaries, Which came out on Top for most useable power in the Great Header Test.
