Apexi N1 Pro Coil Overs
I am looking for some coils for my EJ6 and I have been looking into these for a little while as an alternative to the Teins of which I was previously set on, so...
Has anyone had experience with these coils on an EJ6....well any car in general really? Are they streetable on full soft or are they too much for a daily?
How do they compare to other coilovers in and around the same price range???
Thanks in advance!

If you got the cash to cough up, then N1's are good. but can't beat the GC/koni(revalved) combo

You see, that was completely useless. He asked specifically for the N1s. I don't need you to offer other combos. Any other useful info on the N1s?

If the car is going to be daily driven, and barely see any competition, then I think this would be a better option. I don't see a justification in spending upwards of 2 grand on suspension just for "bling". Those are my 2 cents.
I hear the apex'i coilovers are a nice product. So if you want to go ahead and spend that money, more power to you!!!

Well i got N1's with DC2-R rates on my eh2 and they are stiff as a motha...It's annoying tho for daily driving here in NYC roads. You feel every bump and now everything on my car is loose.
Overall these are great coilovers and i can out handle many cars, these will be great for autocross.

I have the N1 99 spec (ITR) on my EG6 and like skunk2finatic said they are very streetable. I've set the dampers to full soft and no preload on the springs.
They give great feedback but you don't feel any bumps.
The pillowball mounts are a little bit noisy in the rear.
Apex'i offers different spring rates and i'm not sure if the N1 Pro aren't too stiff.
Maybe Type V is what you are looking for.

I've got the N1 99 Spec, they are not as stiff as the N1 Pro.
99 Spec = 11K front, 5K rear.
Pro = 16K front, 7K rear
For a street car i would recommand the Type V or Pro with different springs.

I have N1 Pros on my DB8. They arent too stiff for me. Actually they ride pretty nice. My friend has Type Vs on his EG. He really likes those too. He races SCCA, 1/4 mi as well as being street driven.
