Y can't I do some stuff like send messeges when am logged in
or dose it take some time to become a full member?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

It's because you aren't a full member yet. Once you ar here for like 14 days I believe your status automatically upgrades and then you can use all the functions. Be sure to read all the rules at the top of this forum and you should be fine.
