Unfortunately you need to contact your dealership. They are the only ones that have access to the codes. I used to work at a shop and ran into your difficulties many times and needed to get the code from the dealership. Usually you need the info you have plus sometimes your title or registration. Since it is from a different car I am not sure what they will do with that. Best idea would be to get to be friends with someone at Honda parts/service or know someone who is friends with them.
If the junkyard still has the car the code is often times in/on the glove compartment or on the hinges for the trunk.

Some people on here can get the codes for you there is a thread about it. USually for Free. Some dealers charge some are free. For $200 why not just get an aftermarket radio?
You spent 200$ on a stock radio? They're not worth more then 50 bucks, especially the one from civics? And paying someone 100$ to get u the serial code is quite a large amount of money, take it up to the dealer and they should give you it for free.
