Default uneven ride height??

i tried searching around on my topic but nothing really hit the head on the nail to specifics...

my friend and i just finished installing tokico blues and ground controls... when i tried adjusting height by means of counting the perches on the gc sleeve for front and rear, the height is uneven when car is put down....

in other words, for example, my front gc's have 13 perches on each side, but the ride height is like a finger gap different... same problem with the rear, i forget at the moment which was higher or lower, but when the rears were matched by perches, there was like a finger or 2 gap difference after the car was set down...

should i be alarmed by this? should i just measure by perches or measure by certain methods such as "fender to center of rim" to even out the car?... all 4 should be equal in height yes? ive been reading that "fender to center of rim" and "floor to jackstand points" arent really proper ways of measurement... the closest thing to getting accurate adjustment is by perches, but when the perches are matched, there in lies the uneven ride height issue... TIA!!! much feedback pleaseeee

Measure from hub to fender - use a bubble gauge if you want to make sure you've got the ruler vertical
